PROPERTIES
Asf Cold Mix is an additive used in the production of Asphalt Patch Material, which is preferred for its easy application feature in the repair and maintenance of asphalt roads in winter months. Preserves the workability of the produced asphalt mixture, whether packaged or unpackaged, allowing it to be stored for long periods of time.


APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES
Asf Cold Mix is added manually through the dosing pump or through the mixer window during cold asphalt production. The asphalt mixture produced with Asf Cold Mix can be easily applied even at low temperatures.


DOSAGE
The dosage of Asf Cold Mix varies between 20 % and 25 % of the bitumen weight, depending on the climatic conditions and the bitumen type.


STORAGE
Asf Cold Mix is suitable for use for 24 months from the date of manufacture if stored away from direct sunlight and frost


PACKING
Supplied in IBC Tanks, Sheet Metal Barrels and Polyethylene Drums.


SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Avoid contact with skin and eyes during storage and application. In case of contact rinse immediately with plenty of water, seek medical advice urgently if swallowed. Consult the MSDS form of the product for safety and warning instructions.
